How to get TORRENTs going faster?

-I get about 200 Kb/s, but I know people get up to KB/s....



Do you have any tips or something? the tutorials on you tube are by 12 year old kids that are completely stupid or a douche-bag who takes 20 minutes for a 2 minute video, because they are to stupid to talk -.-
