Kernel Panic on Macbook pro?

-I have a macbook pro which is a year old....I had graphic problem which they changed my Logic board, then i kept getting kernel panic, and they changed my ram, then my OS...and i just had that same problem few days ago..i feel like its my hard disk.... is there a way i can fight them for a new mac??? or they r just gonna keep changing parts until my apple care is expired.
