My computer isn't working, please help!?

-Whenever I turn on my other computer, it always goes to a blue page with information somewhat like this:



If a previous starting attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed, of if you aren't sure what the problem is, choose start windows normally.



Safe mood

Safe mood with Networking

Safe mood with command Prompt



Last known good configuration (your most recent settings that worked)



Start windows normally



I've tried all those options and it just keeps restarting back to that page, and i'm not sure what to do! Help!I am pretty sure that it is the Blue Screen Of Death. If you are getting it every time you turn on your computer it more than likely can't be fixed. I would look into getting a new computer. I hope this helps!!!!
It happens with me sometime. I always start my computer normally. And that's basically it. However there might be some problem without your disk. Go ahead and clean up your local disk C.
you should clean up your PC first and then you can try it again.
when you boot your computer hit F10 or F12 and rest your computer to the original settings that should work
