So i had just asked a question about my Toshiba Laptop webcam got an answer an it didnt work :(?

-my Webcam wasnt working so i re downloaded the driver an yet it is still crashing. i have a Toshiba Laptop with a built in Chicony USB 2.0 camera and i need to know how to make it stop crashing please help
