UPS restarts pc on power failure?

-Hi,I live in iraq and the power there is about 220V.I have a powerful pc connected to a 1500VA UPS and the UPS is connected directly to the wall power outlet.A lot of times when the power turns off and the UPS changes to battery mode the pc RESTARTS!.Please,some one give me a solution for my problem.Based on your description the UPS is defective. It should maintain a constant rate voltage and apparently it is dropping voltage just enough that computer momentarily loses power. I suggest you replace the UPS.
