What does this code on my computer mean?

-I try to turn on my Dell Dimension E510 and I end up on a black screen with a short code in white. Here is the code: RV370 P/N 113-A62801-106 BIOS I know I have to replace the power supply because of glitches but it worked before with a messed up power supply so I don't think it is that. If you can tell me what is wrong with it and give me a relatively reliable source, easy 10 points. Thanks in advance!You have a memory module issue. Open case, reseat memory modules. Reboot

If that doesnt work, you need to find out which mem module is bad.

Remove all but 1 module. Reboot. remove and swap mem modules until by process of illimination you determine bad chip. If you only have 1 module, replace it if problem persists
