What is ergonomic equipment?

So what is ergonomic equipment and what health problems does it prevent?

Thanks!:)Ergonomic means that its design takes the human body into account, like a mouse made to exactly fit the shape of a hand. They prevent all kinds of health problems, but related to ICT equipment the most common issue is RSI (especially carpal tunnel syndrome).hi

Ergonomics (or human factors) is the scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, and the profession that applies theory, principles, data and methods to design in order to optimize human well-being and overall system performance.
