My computer fell over (Thanks, Dog) and when I turn it on "launch start up repair" comes up?

-So, I click Lauch Start Up Repair, it runs says Windows Is Loading Files, then the blinky green light with goes on for a bit...then black screen. I opened up the tower, vacuumed, felt for loose connections, reassembled.,..same messages. Help! Thank you so much!
