Win XP craches to blue screen of death after setup files are loaded. Any ideas?

-When I insert the bootable XP CD it goes through the setup file loading process, but once it says at the bottom starting windows setup it freezes and then after 10 seconds or so goes to the blue screen of death. I was thinking HD, but do not have another SATA HD to test. Any thoughts? Box specs are below.

Intel Core i3-2105 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz 2 x 256KB L2

8gb crucial pc 1333 ram

1.5 TB Samsung Spinpoint F4EG HD

Lite On 24X dvd writer.



I tried all configurations of memory installation, but that did nothing.Check your SATA ACHI drivers when installing XP, by default its not included so you should either use a floppy, or slipstream the drivers into the CD
