How to download music onto my LG Vortex from Macbook Pro?

-I need to know how to download music onto my phone from a Macbook. Before on a PC, i used Frostwire then windows media player to transfer the music to my phone. I dont know how to do that on a Mac though. Please help! Thanks in advance.
